At the start of the book george and harold was going to jail because of their evil twins. And Captain UnderPants got in jail when he got there Tippy was there and he was building a robot. The warden thought Tippy was making a statue of him. When he was done Tippy took the tarp off and he went in the robot and got out of jail. In Piqua Juvenile Detention Center is where george and Harold are. Tippy is going there to find where Captain Underpants. You should get the book it is good.
