This book is about a little boy named Stanley that had an enemy named Jeremy Ross. Jeremy always laughed at him whenever he got a strike in baseball, he also had a trampoline party and invited Stanley's best friend but not him. Stanley thought he was gonna have the best summer ever until Jeremy moved in the neighborhood. Stanley had a tree house that was his and only his tree house. One day he told his dad about his enemy. His dad told him that when he was his age he also had an enemy. His dad then pulled out a recipe called enemy pie. Stanley asked what was in enemy pie. His dad told him that it was to secret to tell anybody. His dad began making enemy pie. Stanley's dad told him that the only way for enemy pie to work he must hang out with his enemy Jeremy all day. Stanley really didn't want to but he also wanted the pie to work. He rode his bike to Jeremy's house and knocked on the door. When Jeremy opened it he looked surprised but Stanley asked him if he wanted to hangout. Jeremy and him went bike riding, jumped in the trampoline, and went to the park. Once they got to Stanley's house Jeremy asked if they could go in the treehouse he really didn't want Jeremy to go in but he remembered what dad said. After they played in the treehouse. Stanley started to like his enemy and didn't want his dad to give him enemy pie. After a while his dad called them in for food and pie. Once they all sat down Jeremy was about to eat the pie when Stanley stopped him. Stanley told him the pie was dangerous and Jeremy looked confused since dad was eating it. Stanley got confused but then he started eating the pie. It turns out that since Stanley started to like Jeremy he wasn't his enemy anymore so the pie did not work on him. After that they became best friends. The End!!!!!!
